About U-Jin
U-jin is a HR leader with a diverse range of working experience and skill sets gained from working in both developed (Singapore and Hong Kong) and developing markets (Vietnam) in regional and local roles in Asia. I have worked in the Logistics, Insurance, Electronics Manufacturing and the Mining sector as a HR leader and professional.
Over the years, U-jin have built and developed HR teams, led transformation projects in organizations across APAC and has worked closely with senior leaders including C-Suite Executives and middle management to deliver key HR initiatives that supports the growth of the business.
U-jin holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science (IT) from RMIT University. He also received the Singapore Human Resources Institute’s 2014 Leading HR Professional Award, which recognizes top HR professionals for their outstanding contribution to people management practices in the workplace.
Outside of work, U-jin is passionate in coaching and helping people explore tangible ways in achieving their own goals in their life. He also actively contributes to the HR community and has participated a topical and panelist speaker and a moderator in Singapore and Malaysia at public events such as the HR Tech Interactive, HR Benefits Asia and the CHRO Series.
